Every student at Codrive gets access to their own digital customer zone at codrive.be/en/mycodrive. No app to install, no password to remember via a helpdesk — just log in and everything is there.

This is what you will find and can do there:

📋 Download lesson reports as a PDF
After every driving lesson, you receive a detailed lesson report. What you practiced, what went well, what still needs attention — and also the price of the lesson. Everything in one document, downloadable as a PDF. No surprises afterwards. 📅 Book new lessons
Browse through the available lessons in our online calendar and book directly. No queues, no phone calls, no intermediaries. You can see at a glance which coaches are available and when.

🔄 Reschedule or cancel lessons
Schedules change. We understand that. Through your client zone, you can arrange the rescheduling or cancellation of lessons yourself — in accordance with our terms and conditions, but with the necessary flexibility. Do you have a special situation? Contact your coach directly via WhatsApp. We are not a large company with a complaint form — we are people who think along with you.

📱 Your coach's WhatsApp
Your personal coach's contact details are in your client zone. You can reach him or her directly — for questions, appointments, or simply to clarify something before your lesson. No receptionist, no call forwarding.

⭐ Leave lesson reviews
After every lesson, you can leave a review of your coach via the client zone. We actively use this feedback to monitor quality. It keeps our coaches sharp — and it gives us an honest picture of how each student experiences the guidance.

Digital transparency is not a luxury — it is a sign of respect for your time and money.

At Codrive, you always know where you stand. What your lesson cost. How your previous lesson went. When your next lesson is. And who your coach is and how to reach them. No grey areas, no surprises on the invoice.
