Meet Dirk, the enthusiastic manager of Codrive Driving School!
My journey into the driving school industry started by chance, but my passion for teaching has always been there. With a background in engineering studies, I trained myself in self-study and obtained my certifications as a coach and director. My stubborn character and clear vision lead to a driving school that I organize the way I want - with efficiency and effectiveness as core values.
As head of our digitalization projects, I am constantly improving our systems, from our website to our booking system and everything in between. I also actively participate in the selection process of our coaches, because I believe that only the best deserve our students.
Although I set the bar high for myself, students and coaches, I am far from a perfectionist or pedantic. My interest in thought management, mindfulness and mindset training allows me to guide my students in overcoming various driving fears, with exposure therapy being one of my favorite techniques.
